Join Amanda from Sugar Sugar Cakes as she spills the beans on all the tips & techniques in creating your own contemporary cookies; the perfect sweets for Christmas, baby showers, weddings & other celebrations. Take your delectable creations home and gift them to those near and dear (or tuck into them yourself!)
In this hands-on workshop your will learn:
- How to cover your cookies in icing
- The different edible painting mediums available
- Edible watercolour techniques
- Marbling effect
- Letter stamping
- Metallic embellishments

What to bring:
- Your amazing, creative self! (we’ll be working with food dyes & colours, so try not to wear your finest)
Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced. Baking/decorating experience is not a prerequisite, just a truckload of enthusiasm and a penchant for beautiful delicious things. Amanda Lee is an award-winning cake decorator and instructor based in Adelaide, Australia. Evolving from a classical French pastry background, she established Sugar Sugar Cakes as a means of exploring the artistic possibilities of cakes & desserts.
